i had plans to run with girls today but that didn't work out since I slept in. Because of that I got a late start and ran in the heat but I actually felt really good. I was by myself but the pace was good and everything felt great. Until around mile 4 my right arch started to ache a lil bit. I wasn't too concerned bc that happens every now and then and it's fine. I kept going but the pain didn't go away. I stopped a couple times to stretch it out and that helped but then after running on it a little while it would flare up again. I was supposed to go 8 and I really wanted to finish the new loop I was trying but at 5 I finally gave in and decided not to get injured hopefully. Shout out to my gma and gpa for picking me up! I went home iced and rolled it out. I got some good runs planned for next week and I really hope this isn't serious. 😁
